Assisted Conception at Kings College
The Assisted Conception Unit at King's College is one of the oldest in the country. It was founded in 1983 and was the fourth unit in the UK to deliver a child following treatment with IVF. In June 2012 we moved into our current purpose built facilities. Fertility treatment can be very stressful but our modern, comfortable facilities help ensure a good patient experience and our state of the art laboratory and treatment rooms
mean that the patients receive the best possible al care. The ACU at King's can offer the full range of diagnostic procedures such as ultrasound, tubal patency tests and laparoscopy. We are able to provide the full range of fertility treatment including IVF, ICSI, IUI and treatment with donor sperm or donor eggs. We are also able to offer facility treatment to those with blood borne viral infections such as Hepatitis B or C and HIV as well as providing treatment for associated conditions such as endometriosis or fibroids.
At King's we take great pride at providing the highest standard of care and giving our patients the best possible chance of achieving a pregnancy.
